SST is a specialist consultation and design company with wide experience in integrated processing, device and circuit design. Since 1990, they have been designing integrated opto-electronic detectors and other special-purpose devices. Process and device modeling and simulation are part of their portfolio. The design of mixed-signal CMOS and BiCMOS circuitry was included in 1992, with projects ranging from SRAM’s to ADC’s to signal processors.
